Description: Hello, I had a wonderful surprise experience with Delta Airlines EWR Terminal. Despite arriving at busy hours, I passed security in less than twenty minutes. There is a good selection of food options in the terminal, and the ambiance was serene. I had a problem with my seat assignment, which the Delta service promptly and kindly fixed. Additionally, I saw multiple locations for device plugs, which is always helpful. The terminal is useful and simple to use, albeit it could use some contemporary improvements. The boarding process was well-organized and punctual. Fantastic work, Delta team!
